Blackbird Movie - Deadfall Movie

Update - The film is now titled Deadfall.


Blackbird is an upcoming drama thriller movie directed by Stefan Ruzowitzky based on a script by Zach Dean. The cast incldues Eric Bana, Olivia Wilde, Charlie Hunnman, Kate Mara, Treat Williams, Kris Kristofferson, and Sissy Spacek. The film should be released sometime in 2012.

Plot:
"Two desperate sibling fugitives (Eric Bana and Olivia Wilde) on the run cross path with a troubled ex-boxer (Charlie Hunnam). Kris Kristofferson and Sissy Spacek will play the boxer's parents. Treat Williams and Kate Mara will play a father-daughter duo whose storyline intertwines with the main plot."

A few words from Actress Olivia Wilde in the movie Blackbird:

"I love the tension between siblings. It’s an abusive relationship, emotionally, and my character has a bit of a Stockholm Syndrome that keeps her as her brother’s prisoner."
